★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regularly shop here and think the staff are pleasant and that there are good products for a decent price. My only negative is they are CONSTANTLY trying to push their Executive Membership or mastercard down my throat! Enough already!! I've tried the Executive Membership and it wasn't worth it for us. Can't they put a note on our account so they will stop trying to pressure me??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very big very clean store. They have extra staff wiping down the carts today. They have extra staff keep the food court extra clean. The staff are friendly and nice. I like there sales this week. The fries could have been hotter but everything else was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lady at the food stand was absolutely rude, i asked her a simple question “we get two drinks right?” and she said with quite an attitude “uh yeah. i’m getting there. this is for a different order.” it wasn’t what she said and more how she said it. it was very rude considering i was asking a simple question.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overwhelmingly positive experience at the Medicine Hat Costco, specifically in regards to social distancing and capacity limits.
Additionally, the membership desk and team member there was a joy to work with as we completed our registration.
The bakery department here was operating like a well oiled machine, and the quality of product was beyond what I expect.
They are still trying to do samples, but for the most part this isn’t possible with the Covid-19 restrictions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely nothing but fantastic things to say about Costco. Their return policy is one of the best in the business. They don't sell anything but, quality products. I do recommend going after 7:00 p.m. though if you want a peaceful shopping experience. Very busy establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unlike any Costco I've been to in a major city. Parking - no problem. Lines - barely any. You can actually have a cart and get around the store without constantly running into people. Liquor and gas also available here. Finally a pleasant Costco experience.
