★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome store!! So much selection, kinda of to much, but I guess when your the biggest store you should have selection. Fish tank in the hunting department is cool. Staff are friendly and offer help every time I'm in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not from here, originally I'm from BC. I called this number accidently thinking it was the main store not the gas bar. I looked up Canadian tire in Kingston and this is the number it oddly gave me. I asked about the sale going on and she said "yes that's going on in the main store". I'm a busy mom, currently sick and tired so my brain isn't working at full capicity lol.
I continue and asked about an item for sale in the flyer. She cuts me off and snaps at me saying "OK ma'am you need to call the MAIN STORE cause this is the GAS BAR OK?" she then quickly tells me their number. I tried to say "oh I'm terribly sorry for the mistake" but she hung up on me.. Now I know she didn't say anything that bad but it was how she spoke to me that was extremely unprofessional.
I made a mistake, sorry for wasting your time.. Please brush up on your customer service skills because they're seriously lacking. Rated one star because I felt her behaviour was uncalled for. I can't speak for the rest of their employees and services though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Side Mirror broken, and frame became loose in soft-cloth car war. I will not be going to a soft-cloth car wash ever again, but if this does ever happen to you, I recommend going to fill out an incident report right away, otherwise nothing can be done for you. Check your car after leaving the car wash. I'd rather have a dirty car then be out a couple hundred bucks. Sorely disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went though the car wash today did an awesome job. Would like the height limit sign on the way in fixed almost hits my truck and it's only 6'7" not 6'"11. Bit of a lean to the pole

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Propane closes at 3pm, not 2:50pm. If you close at 2:50pm, then you should post that you close at 2:50pm. False information. Thanks for you help Canadian Tire.
