Not the worst but definitely not the best, the return line/purchase line should be separate . Would be nice if it was easier to find a sale associate but I guess why the apps good in telling u what isle the product is in.

When you look online most of the products amount numbers are inaccurate. I have yet to go there when they say 6 in stock and they actually have one. The management at this store is horrific. Obviously inventory control is not at the top of the list. Which i find confusing as that is what this type of store is about. When you ask for help to find one of the 6 they look on the computer and tell you the aisle number. ( Hmmm i already did that ). Lousy store every time i go.

I have had many less than positive dealings in this store. I have tried to call management to talk about issues, never respond. Just arriving in the parking lot, taking somebody else to the store. Lot maintainence is very poor, carts all over except in receptacles because the receptacles are snow bound. 1 staff member and 1/2 an hour would make a remarkable difference. They have had good staff, but can't keep the good ones. I have had 3 seperate occasions that really discouraged me from shopping in this store. I much prefer to shop local and Canadian but this store does not help make it sensible to go there. I avoid big stores like Walmart and Home Depot because they kill the small entrepreneurs. With this Canadian Tire store I find it necessary to go to NE Edmonton and Sh Pk. This could be a go to store but the management does nothing to make it such.

Nice store but dated. It’s clean and well lit. The staff is friendly and courteous. I am used to the Canadian Tire on Manning Drive which opened a couple of years ago and is larger and more modern. This store is well stocked but will not have as many choices as the larger store. I still like all Canadian Tire stores. In the future I would come again if I am in Fort Saskatchewan.

Very bad customer service I didn’t expect from store manager they put wrong price on front of skate guards when I went to pay the price shows wrong then cashier called the boy from department to check price I went with him to show he checked and said someone put wrong price on the front then removed price tag usually when in the store they put wrong price they have to give it for that price it’s their mistake but manger said we don’t know maybe some customer move the price tag. So I have very bad experience. Never want to go back there.

I’m not one to normally vent my frustrations online but this store has gone beyond the point of just a minor frustration. The upper management of the chain needs to take a look at this particular store to see if it should keep its franchise status. More often than I can remember I end up leaving the store empty handed because they do not have the product in stock. Today was just the icing on the cake, I went in to get bear spray. There was no one readily available at the sports desk…so shocked not really this too is all too often a regular occurrence. I went to the front to see if someone could help and the lady at the checkout page an associate to meet me at the sports desk 15 mins later and the only help I got was in my decision to go somewhere else. Hey β€œCanadian Tire” I see this as a growing trend if you keep treating customers this way.

Not the best set up I've seen. And hardly any sales tags to be seen. I must be spoilt with the Athabasca location. That's a great set up and seems like half the stuff is on sale everyday with tags everywhere. Athabasca has a way better tool selection as well and not locked up in some cabinet like this store. Probably won't visit this location again.

It was a snowy evening and all the service staff were gone for the day. My windshield wiper broke and I was really stuck without it. I purchased the windshield wiper, and asked if there was anyone that could help me put it on since service wasn't open. Brendan ( I think was his name) who was in the Parts Dept, was willing to put it on for me, no questions asked, he was very helpful and friendly. He made me feel at ease, especially since the first one didn't fit, he had to fiddle with it to find the right adapter and it turns out the windshield wiper wouldn't work, so we went back into the store, got the right one and I was on my way in minutes. Really appreciated the help and kindness. Shout out to Brendan!!! He really went above and beyond :)!
