★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out of the dozen or so times I have been to this location, staff has been hit or miss. I have previously worked in the retail industry and for Mark's specifically in the past. My last visit at the store was the worst experience yet. I wanted to exchange/order boots for my husband. I had my 2yo and 9mo with me. I was not spoken to in an understanding calm way. It was as if I was bothering them. I asked for help to order boots and was told rudely if I couldn't order them online then they couldn't help me. I then went back to the vehicle to return the other boots (kiddos in tow) to then be told as I get back to the till that they can't do a return because of WiFi issues. This SHOULD have been relayed before I left the store mentioning that I would like to return.
I will be driving into Edmonton to shop at Mark's from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thursday evening I visited the store first time and lady helped me what i need but I was in hurry and she suggested me to come next time I went again on Friday Hailie and Zach Greeted me Zach helped in mens shoes section as I told him about my disability issue's n what Iam looking for from long time in town he told me about the promotions and return policy shown me right pair's of shoes Iam looking for I bought one was very happy saving my time and money. Appreciated Great professional help, customer service and team work soon like to visit and shop again. Thanks!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had some boots that were low in inventory put on hold so I could come in and buy them later on abd it was quick. They had my stuff ready to go right behind them on the counter. Very helpful and friendly (as always).
Great selection and my favorite place to shop for work apparel.
