I opened up the package and couldn’t fit them in my ear so I took them back to exchange for a different type and was informed that no earbuds or headphones can be taken back once the package is open. It would’ve been nice at the time they took my credit card to tell me this. I took back earbuds a couple years ago at a different store and no issue so that will be the last time the Source sees me as a customer

Plus I can always visit if I have a question, or need advice… there is something to be said about in-person service when we live in a time of mainly virtual/online interactions
