SANS SERVICE, tellement différent de ceux à Québec, ils ont du service pas possible. ils nous poussent à aller acheter ailleurs. ils ont un mauvais fonctionnement, ils ont beau remettre le magasin a 20 pied de hauteur, trop haut pour moi qui mesure 5 pied, jamais personne pour te donner article. j'ai même pas capable été d'avoir de la terre miracle gro en spécial cette semaine, personne. vous devriez avoir de simple code a barre sur une feuille pour que les caissières soit capable de nous faire payé, il faut quand même aller le chercher dehors et en plus il n'y avait personne dehors. si on donnerait un service comme ça dans un restaurant les gens nous décrirait et plus personne ne viendrait, vous êtes chanceux d'avoir encore des gens, c'est juste qu'on a seulement que ça et vous riez de nous autres. Zéro checkout is always a big problem that will never be fixed. WITHOUT SERVICE, so different from those in Quebec, they have service not possible. they push us to buy elsewhere. they have a malfunction, they may put the store back at 20 feet high, too high for me who is 5 feet tall, never anyone to give you an item. I haven't even been able to get big miracle earth on special this week, nobody. you should have a simple barcode on a sheet for the cashiers to be able to get us paid, you still have to go get it outside and there was no one outside. if we gave a service like that in a restaurant people would describe us and no one would come, you're lucky to still have people, it's just that we only have that and you laugh at us. Beaucoup d’article n’avait pas de prix d’affiché. Le magasin ne semble pas avoir été rénové depuis plusieurs année. Toutefois, lors de notre passage, plusieurs commis était présent sur la surface de vente. Very small store offering a limited amount of assortment of items. The aisles are very narrow and somewhat disorganized. Many items had no list price. The store does not seem to have been renovated for several years. However, during our visit, several clerks were present on the sales floor.

I was on my way to Labrador pulling a trailer with 1000km ahead of me with areas of dirt road and the famous Manic 5 twist and turns. I needed a different hitch, my husband called ahead, they were ready for me, and installed a new one on my vehicle immediately. I had trouble getting a spare tire on a rim for my trailer since the rims were from an old 1990 Dodge Colt. Not only did they have the rims, they didn't waste anytime installing a tire on the rim and then installing it on the trailer since one of my tires was already not in the greatest condition. This stop only added an hour to my journey with the prompt kind service and I was able to get everything I needed to make it over the road safely. I did notice that someone made the comment not to go here if you only speak English. Yes the majority of the staff only speak french. But the owner speaks perfect English and is happy to help.
