Applied online Wednesday, got an appointment Fridayβ€”love the quick response. Needed new tires put on, was able to get my car in and out within the hour. Dealt with Peter and Martyn, thanks guys!

I've owned cars for 45 years plus. I do many of my own repairs, because of poor service in the past. But, this repair shop, their service and their work is top notch! Although, I haven't used them a lot, every job they've done for me, was some of the best work I've seen. I recommend them fully. Cheers, Mike Cross

Easy online booking, speedy response and appointment time. Friendly confirmation and reminder via text message. Early key drop off possible. Fast, reliable and reasonably priced. Great customer service. Tire storage available.

Took my truck in for a major warranty job, that was botched at another location, and they were very accommodating. The were quick to help fix the problem. Nice job.

I would like to thank you for great service, and specially Peter for keeping me update about vehicle status. I got engine light on during weekend and I had an important trip this week. While all the autoservice shops offered an appointment in a month, staff in Canadian tire asked me to leave the car and they will check it as soon as they can. It's something that most of the autoservices don't offer and they should think about it that people cannot wait a month for just checking their car. Meanwhile quality of service was great.

December 23 - needed a battery replacement, and understandably my regular shop couldn't accommodate that close to Christmas. Canadian Tire told me to come on in - they were hopping busy, but were well staffed to get people through. Got the battery in that morning (sooner than they said it would take) and told me I could pick it up then, or after work if it would be more convenient. Running well now - easy experience, professional, polite - I'd go back.

The battery died on my friend''s Smart For Two car. Nobody knows where the battery is located in the smart car and what is the best to fix the situation. Martyn at Canadian Tire guided me through all the points about it at YouTube and very patiently wrote the notes for each step for me. He also helped me to choose right tools for it. His introduction worked well and the problem was resolved perfectly! After it, while back to the same store for following up, the other Canadian Tire staff Peter also very patiently did all the following up work and even very kindly offered more time and help on testing and so on. Just as nice as Martyn. While I was waiting at the store,the other staff Scott also always checked with me and other customers to see if everyone was well taken care of, he answered my questions and was also very supportive. All of them make Canadian Tire's service and caring to the customers shine! They made me like Canadian Tires and Canada more!

At first, I had a flat tire and it needed repair. I got my tow service to tow it to this location. I contacted this Centre to let them know that my vehicle is there and needed tire repair. They say that they will try to get it done on the same day but no promises but they can try to get it done one day after due to being closed on Saturday. I was okay with that. I was told that I am the first on the list for no appointment service and it will be done on Sunday. I called back Sunday morning to check the progress. I was told that I am now on the 3rd on the list and it may not be done but it may be done next day. I was thinking why am I the third now on the list? I needed the car for transportation and repairing tire should be easy, simple, and would not take that long to do it. But my car was sitting there for like 3 days. I asked if they can try to get it done today but they can't promise and they have not even looked at it yet that so I got upset but there was nothing I can do. I was thinking in the future, if I ever need to tow my car again, I will not be bringing my car to this location because if there is no appointment, just expect it will take very long time to get your car serviced. Edit: Surprisingly, got a call back in the evening on Sunday saying that it was done and that I can pick it up. It made me happy. Hence, changing my review.
