K	Kurtis Reed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ June 08/18 After 36yrs personally and generations of my family coming to this office, I’m disgusted with the way I was treated on the phone today by their receptionist. I don’t complain often, but I, a patient with a chronic desease was told you’re not our problem and then actually hung up on at 4pm today. I admit, I questioned why I wasn’t warned that I would be dropped if I was inactive for only 1.5yrs, despite having an appointment in sept I wasn’t able to make. I received a nasty little “good bye” then a dial tone... and that’s no joke. Now, if a policy change that drastic is introduced, one which could potentially affect the lives and health of numerous people, it’s not rude to ask for some sort of heads up after 36yrs of being a patient/customer in any office and or work setting honestly. Its sad to say, but I think the class, heart and charm of that office left with Dr. Bell (who was there at my birth). I’m absolutely beyond insulted after not only relying on these people and this office for 36yrs, but the nasty and unprofessional execution of the practices now coming from this office and the staff representing it.
J	John Sm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smug receptionist seemed to take pleasure in telling me that my former doctor had retired. "Your file has been deactivated" and that I "no longer have a doctor here". Sure, it's my fault for not seeing my family doctor in over five years, but have a little compassion... my mother went to our former doctor and then she died of cancer under his hand so I was avoiding him for personal reasons. No advice or anything else, just a feeble "sorry". I had been going to clinics before, guess that is my only option now that it seems there are no family doctors available in Victoria. The receptionist's attitude made me so angry!!!!

She decided to move to the University Plaza Family Practice and that she had seen me so many times that she would be more than willing to accept me as a regular patient, although, the office was not taking new patients. My introduction to the office was great, the receptionists greeting, the feel of the comfortable environment and most of all the professionalism and caring from Dr. Lush. Definitely and 4 in my eyes. I will continue to go back.

With her vast knowledge & standing within the Medical Community I am in the most capable of hands ! Previously I've had two Exceptional GP's and Dr. Lush most certainly stands among them ! In addition to the Office's front desk staff, always polite, efficient and so much more I'm sure !

We knew it would be difficult to replace the wonderful Dr Bell but he made the perfect choice in Dr Mason taking over his practice. The office staff is friendly and helpful in person and on the phone.
