R	Ryan Todd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude… Didn’t even make it in the room. The young woman behind the desk was extremely rude and insulting and I couldn’t understand why. When I told her she was being so, she got upset and then told me she would not allow me to stay there even though I had already made a reservation. I was there for firefighting purpose and was counting on a good night sleep. Lucky I found much nicer accommodation elsewhere.
C	Christine Charette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We only visited the Restaurant attached to the Hotel. Service was great, quick and Food was Fabulous. To use restroom you need to access the Hotel Lobby, place was very clean. Looks like a great place also to stay in.

The only hotel I didn't book previously and was the best service! All my accommodation requested were full filed. Pets? No problem... Late check-out? No problem... I'm so glad to stay in that hotel for my last day 2 weeks trip... And you know what? It's the 2nd time I came here and always well served. The staff are all kind, the hotel is simple and clean. Well done! I recommend this hotel when you're here in Castlegar.
J	Jason on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place definitely needs a facelift. Hint to owners painting bathtubs never works. Booked in here and price was pretty expensive at $150 a night. Rooms and the whole place needs renovations. That said the service was amazing. I checked in late and was greeted kindly. I booked late check-out online for extra $6 I was supposed to get 3pm check out. Regular checkout is 11am and I started getting knocks from maid shortly after. Through door I told her I had 3pm checkout. At 2pm I received a phone call from front desk asking if I was staying another night. I explained that I had booked late check-out she said she would check. I said OK and gathered up my stuff and checked out at 3pm. As I was loading my stuff the girl at front desk came running out said she had checked into it and apologized profusely for the mix up. Apparently it has been sold to an American company and they just take the money now and were not aware this was an option. Wasn't really an inconvenience and now she is aware of this program and she was very apologetic which I appreciated. Thought it had laundry facilities as wording is a little confusing, they do not have laundry facilities. Renovations and this place would be a great place to stay. They certainly have the staff in place for a more upscale place. Thanks again.

This hotel will go above and beyond to make sure you are safe & stress free. Great staff, clean, located in a great area, restaurant located in Best Value Inn too.
