L	Lisa G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re a staff member here you will be fired right before your 3 monthes so they don’t have to give you benefits I know at least 5 people they’ve done this too, also as a house keeper I know that the pillow cases don’t get changed often or beds don’t get changed cause at the discretion of the manager in housekeeping they can decide if someone “just put their suitcase on the bed” even if it’s covered in pet hair mud etc . Also no scrubbing agents is used for the bathtubs just spray so have fun in all the dead skin in the tubs . And last but not least has never released mine or my partners and best friends ROE .
T	Terry Downton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to stay an extra day, I asked if I could have the same rate, they said sure. The next day my rate was $20 higher and they would not lower it. I emailed the manager, no response yet. Spider webs in the room, hot tub not working and a below average breakfast. Slow service at the desk and no towel replacements. You can find better value than this over priced place.

The to-go breakfast was awesome in the mornings and often they’d put little hot chocolates on my door for the keurig which was super cute. Definitely would recommend!

H	Humphrey Secord on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average Hotel with disappointing stay; nicely situated at the lake, a little dated but most concerning is the lack of cleanliness; we arrived in a freshly made up room only to find two used towels in our bathroom as well as a used coffee mug in the kitchen. Things can be overlooked, but when we told the front staff, we were handed a new set of towels without any comment or sign of concern. The walls are thin and you can hear conversation from nearby rooms and the traffic from the nearby highway rather well, especially throughout the night. Its very unfortunate - lots of potential but a serious lack of attention to detail.

Spotlessly clean, unfailingly pleasant and helpful staff, generous continental breakfast from the vast assortment of juices, to cereals, muffins, breads, snacks to go, fabulous coffee, fruit/yoghurt and more. The location could not be better. Just perfect for families too. Lovely waterfront with swimming, beautiful terrace to enjoy the view/weather permitting. We will most definitely be returning. Thank you to the staff for their genuine hospitality.
