★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog had a fear of going to the groomers . he had a fear to cutting his claw clipper and face. We had gave up his grooming..but Nanaimo Pet Services is different. Kathryn is professional and friendly groomers. I think she has experience many many. great and i’m so glad it was a positive experience for my dog.
Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been dealing with Nanaimo Pet Services for our cat, Bianca for grooming for 3 years now. We will NEVER go anywhere else. The staff are amazing with her and she is a "less than happy camper" when it comes to getting a hair cut :( .....but every visit they do a fabulous job and are patient, kind and do a wonderful job of her grooming :) Thanks so much and we totally recommend Nanaimo Pet Services to everyone we know!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great place to take your pet. Our dog was so scared before coming here, we couldn't find a groomer at all. They have done a wonderful job with him and I highly reccomend this place. Hes still a handful but they leave him clean and groomed and he's just normal when he comes home. What a relief to find kind and experienced groomers who recognize and work with special needs dogs. Our dog is deaf and his poodle like fur has to be trimmed. A 5 outta 5 from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our super anxious dog actually goes into the building on his own. Our golden came out looking very neat and tidy, but still natural. He still smells amazing 10 days later!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time going to a groomer, with my 10year old Cat and he seems to be no worse for the wear lol. Staff are very helpful, friendly and professional and I felt good about leaving my boy with them. Good price and he looks so dapper! Got the long fur on his tummy shaved for summer, nails done, ears cleaned and i think Linda maybe rounded out his little face, trimmed his beard and tiny grinch feet but I didn't talk to her. I just feel like they did an amazing job with a cat that's never been to the spa and I'll definitely take him here again :) first pic is after and first pic is before :) thanks ladies!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot recommend Nanaimo Pet Services enough for longhair cat grooming! We took our sweet Persian/Himalayan mix here, and they did an absolutely stellar job. She was super relaxed when we picked her up, and was excited to run around the house and test out her new ‘do. Will definitely be returning.

I've groomed my cat in 3 different places before coming here, and my experience was either a horrible, patchy trim, or my cat came out stressed and unhappy. But with Nanaimo Pet Services, yes the grooming took a while, but she really knew what she was doing. My cat came out a pretty lion with a handsome mane, and he was so calm and happy. The groomer really took her time to gain my cat's trust. Amazing and highly recommended!
