★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I faced the really the bad experience whenever I got into with staffs here. But fortunately all the times I got into one of the younger staff who is working here, she is amazing. But other staffs are not showing professionalism. I am giving the 2 star since one of the staff is amazing. otherwise I preferred not to provide stars. Specifically I can give more star for one of the younger staff (not sure the girl name) working here,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going to this post office for years and it never fails to disappoint me. The main lady there, I think her name is Anjna, is very rude. At least once a month I hear her arguing with a customer, and she treats your packages just garbage. She has no consideration at all for her customers and just cares about getting the job done in the quickest way possible. Unfortunately this is the closest one to home, so I can’t go anywhere else, but everytime she’s there I have an awful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a very rude older lady with black hair ( maybe Spanish?) who ALWAYS give problems, served with a side of I don’t care attitude. Filed a formal complaint with Canada post due to her lazy attitude.
Not my first time also seeing her being rude to other costumers and not wanting to do her job accordingly.
Canada post needs to re-evaluate their front desk help!
I feel bad as there is a very nice Asian lady who works there and is always so pleasant!
I won’t be going to that location anymore as she makes it miserable and uncomfortable to be there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since I don’t usually send out packages, I was unaware of all the procedures involved. The girl working (I think her name was Anjelica) went through the whole process and made it very easy. She’s a gem to the store. Great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a joke! took a parcel which was a prepaid return to Canada post here in the Shoppers. Was told it was to big and over weight so could not accept the parcel and they would not take liability for the package!! when I got home I checked the Canada post website. My parcel was within the dimensions and weight limits. I took it to a different Canada Post. They checked the weight and dimensions and accepted the package!! Canada Post please educate you workers on what is allowed!! clearly this person did not know, or more likely could not be bothered to take the package!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had to drop off a return Rita the assistant manager was quick at processing it. she measured the box printed the label using the qr code and got the package ready.
she was humming and singing along the radio music played in the store which was nice in my opinion she seemed happy which obvs showed in how she was treating us and other customers.
pleasant experience overall
