I am somehow disappointed with the level of service given by WU canada. It took from me one week to process my transfer by WU team. This is an awful experience indeed. Tried to follow up and escalate but in vain.

I am really sorry to put this review with one star, there is no option for Zero or minus.
This is a very much negative review, I really didn't find any reason to use their service where I had called to the Help center and each time they tell me different story and suggest me to wait. after waiting for 15 days and hearing 5 different stories from 2 representatives, 2 supervisors and 1 manager my transaction has cancelled.
1. they really don't care about customer issues, tell customer different story to buy some time which is a harassment for the customer as they keep going places to resolve the issue wheres the fault is from Western union.
2. No accurate information about a transaction
3. No note on the file/irrelevant information, which mislead the customer and the nest representative.
4. no one took the responsibility for any of their actions
5. Even the managers are not capable to deal/solve the issue.
Never ever use the service.
