Starting from the consultation to the installation I was looked after very well. The consultant, Winnie was extremely helpful and provided great directions. The hair stylist, Trisha is very helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for options in this direction
Y	Yu Eli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got recommended this place by a friend and though I had some trouble finding it at first (don't go to unit 15 that's apparently their office) I did manage to find their store. The girl at the front explained to me that you had to put your order online first and that you can't purchase over the counter but they had a computer in the corner for people to place their orders. They don't do consultations though which is fine because they gave me a number to their customer service line and the girl I spoke to was very helpful and sweet. She answered all my questions and long story short I purchased a piece online and then got it right away. I bought a lace hair piece and so far it looks and feels great. They also have a salon in their store but you have to call in and book a appointment beforehand. Anyways, my experience was overall pretty good. Good service, good looking products. Definitely a good recommendation.

C	Codie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company does some things right. Their hair systems are nice, and the stylists can cut hair good. However, there’s no accountability with errors. I wasn’t aware that a base could not be cut to a certain size, my stylist proceeded to cut it down past the size the piece was allowed to go. As the professional, it should have been said to me that this system cannot be cut to fit my scalp. Now I’ve got a $300 system that will not adhere to my head. I spent $300 plus tax on the system, $160 plus tip on the hair installation, drove 2 hours to their location for a system that doesn’t adhere to my head, spent over $100 on products off their website, including different tapes, none seem to work. They offered me a $20 store credit, which I took csuse that’s all they’d offer me, to which I used on their website for more product that doesn’t work on a system that does not fit. Like I said, they definitely do something’s right, but lacks business ethics.

It was an emergency situation and they were fast and easy to work with. Everything was very organized. Christina gave me an excellent haircut and she carefully explained me all the Do’s and Don’ts.
