Tim was very informative and was genuine in his conversation with us. We had a couple questions about the trailer we were looking at to purchase and Tim brought in the VP at this location. His first words out of his mouth were "So, what's your problem?" This caught my husband and I off guard as we had no idea as to why question. Mr. Mohammed was rude and after my husband said he didn't have a problem we were just asking questions about the tent trailers he proceeded to tell us they are all the same and it's a better deal than buying off Kijiji. We walked out and will NOT be buying from this Campmart location.

I highly recommend Tim to anyone looking for a trailer/camper. His jovial personality couple with his knowledge makes it extremely easy to talk to and comfortable in making a decision. We traded in our trailer for a beautiful 2022 starcraft. THANK YOU TIM! You're an asset to Camp Mart. I have to mention, we purchased our traded in trailer from the Barrie outlet (dealt with Joe) and without going into details, it was THE worse experience we've ever had. We will NEVER do business with the Barrie outlet ever again!!
T	Tim coles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can do better. I have read through a few of the 5 star reviews to try and figure out what I missed when I visited CampMart yesterday. My wife and I are cash buyers ready to purchase a destination trailer or large travel trailer. We have driven by the dealership many times and so we dropped to look at trailers and meet with a sales person. First the music was so loud we couldn't even talk with out yelling (I have been a concert and promoter for years, so its not like I am sensitive to it). The girl behind the counter wasn't very eager to see that someone met with us. All the sales people were hanging out in a side room and we had to wait 5-10 min for anyone to meet with us, even when we asked a second time. Finally we met with someone and we told him what we were looking for and he was just dismissive, we don't have it, don't have any etc. He didn't ask us any questions about what we were looking for, didn't offer to show us what he had on the lot or what else might be available in other locations . . . it really seemed like he just wanted to get back in that side room with the rest of the guys . . . I am fully aware that the RV market is on its head right now and inventory is very difficult to access, but a dealership isn't just about one sale, it is about creating an environment for return sales and referrals. You had a few minutes to make me a fan of your business, and you lost it and I won't be coming back, nor referring any of my friends. You can do better.

Customer service is the livelihood of one's business, or a company. Not to mention that without (we) the customers there would be no jobs for (us) or you. So after a year and half, I thank you Moe (General manager) at CampMart RV on fulfilling your promise on making sure that you would get the recalled regulator for my 2020 Starcraft trailer. Repairs have been done. ? so looking forward to this season camping, a place where one can enjoy the quiet of Mother Nature ?

We are 1st time Tent Trailer owners. Can't wait to hit the road. If you are looking for an RV, tent-trailer etc, these are the people who will do whatever it takes to get you approved and what you want. They do Auto Loans also. Look online or call them in peterborough! It will be the best couple of minutes you would have in a long, long time!
