You need a bobcat or skid steer? This is the place to go. Fantastic location. Sales staff are very friendly and helpful.

It's the only one in town, sometimes they bring in the wrong parts. Friendly service and very clean store.

Easy to deal with guys found me what I needed

I would be very leery to use them as I bought a brand new $9000 riding lawn more that had gasoline in the oil and they told me after an oil change it will be OK. Needless to say I took it back. They will be reselling it so be cautious to anyone looking to purchase a lawn more there.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!! They scammed my mother and did work they were not authorized to complete!! My mother took her Kia Sarento in to get a trailer hitch installed. She was quoted $500, and they charged her $1000, which upset my mother greatly. She was told this would take an hour or two. It took them FIVE hours!! Upon arrival back home, we backed her SUV up to the trailer and realized they installed a 4 port electrical plug in her vehicle, instead of the 7 port that was on the trailer. Which was shown in pictures we were instructed to send them via text prior to the installation date. I called them right away, naturally very upset. Their reason for installing the incorrect port, was that they did not have the trailer there with them. I then asked them how they expected to have my mother tow the trailer to their location, when she did not have a hitch jnstalled. They instead that this was the only electrical approved by Kia and then informed me that there would need to be an adaptor ordered to allow the 4 pin connection to work on the trailers 7 port. We begrudgingly accepted this as a solution. We then had my boyfriend tow the trailer to their yard and park it there over a weekend until my mother brought her car back to have the adaptor installed. My mother called and left several messages on Monday, and did not hear back from anyone. She then drove an hour to Camrose to confront them in person, only to find that they re wired the trailer!! They took off the 7 pin connector, and installed a 4 pin. They then explained that this was necessary, as the lights were all hooked up incorrectly, which is a lie as the trailer had no electrical issues when connected to my boyfriends truck. They literally cut off the 7 pin connector and taped on a 4 pin - making the electoral trailer brakes useless. They then handed my mother a bill for another $500. This became so over whelming and frustrating is almost brought her to tears. She then spoke to the manager, who had no idea what was even going on, and he reduced her bill to $250. Charging customers for work they had no authority to do is wrong!! Then when my mother was trying to back up to the trailer, she asked for some one to help guide her, and they said “No!!!” Terrible terrible customer service, dishonest and rude.

Overpriced and overwhelming knowledge on how to charge more for something you can by for the 1/3 of the price. Look around way better prices out there. But when you offend them they think your high! I’m guessing these guys are the ones on something!
