★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 10 months for a part to come in. They charged me more than what they quoted. They went ahead and fixed things that I didn't ask for. They didnt call me to comfirm said fixes. My first bike ride after using my bike and my wheel fell off and the part I asked them to fix also fell off.
