I was invited to their soft opening and grand opening and tried different types of banh mi and their coffee drinks. Seriously, their Po Boy Banh Mi stands out for me as its shrimp size is just right when you put in your mouth with its texture and their special sauce which cannot be missed. I also tried their coconut coffee and egg coffee. Both are delicious and taste in different ways, but you should drink egg coffee right after its ready for the best taste as the eggs may give you a stinky sense if you leave it cool down as it is supposed to be. Overall, located in downtown with a menu that focuses on quality of food and Vietnamese coffee and decent price, this food truck is definitely a stopby for quick lunch with friends. Highly recommend!

Tried their lemongrass beef and Po-Boy sub, they were delicious! The coconut and egg coffee are also must try at Camion. Egg rolls were very crispy with the classic rice wrapper instead of regular egg-wrapper. I also love that they give you those pickled veggies as a side dish to eat with the egg rolls. Would 100% recommend to friends and come back!

Stumbled upon this new food truck at Jonathan Rogers Park over the weekend and decided to try it out. I ordered the Fried Chicken banh mhi and my girlfriend got the Classic. The chicken was so fresh and tender, and fried to order. We also got some spring rolls which were delicious and crispy. I will definitely bring some coworkers next time! The service was fantastic, the lady who took our order and the chef were really friendly.

Best Banh Mi i had in Vancouver. Had the buttermilk chicken and Po Boy fried shrimp. Some other places have the bread too hard, here its perfect crispy outside and soft inside, the way its suppose to be. The spring roll is super juicy, crispy and taste heavenly ?. Definitely go back
