I realized then I gave him the correct address. They call back said the driver had left. Briefly after that I received another call from from a staff member telling me to send a etransfer a driver is available. When I sent the etransfer they told me they didnt received my etransfer!! and said it was because I made the drive come all the way. Completely shady business. I had to call my bank to cancel the transfer.

Tow driver tried to pick up the BMW by the back of the car and spit the bumper in half. Had to put it back down - then we pushed the car on the road so he could load it on the flatbed from the front. Still asking the owner Les Stanley to fix our car - give us a call back Les. Do not use this service. Unethical.
T	Tammy Dave Majoros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every parents worst call..My daughters and her boyfriend slid into a snow bank on their way home to guelph. They were in around Kirkwall off of hwy 8. We live in Haldimand region at least an hour away. I called a couple towing companies around Guelph and Hamilton. Had conversations with them about geographic area or they were to busy. Some despite telling me they towed for years didn't know that area. I googled cambridge Towing and called Cambridge Towing and Float Service. The first words out of that Gentlemans mouth was "tell the kids I'm on my way ". I regret not getting his name to do him justice I'm sorry. He called the kids got there in about 20 minutes AND SAVED THE DAY.. STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE ? ? ? My daughter keeps their number in her phone now. From a parent God Bless you guys and I can't say Thanks enough

All tow services in Guelph and Hamilton refused to come to my aid or assist except Cambridge Tow. Wally was exceptionally nice and professional. Highly recommend! Thank you
