★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars really isn't enough for my experience yesterday. This was my first accident so I was very shaken up and had no idea what to do. Dylan was the first one to show up and I automatically felt more at ease. The firemen offered their tow service but were very pushy and honestly not very nice. I am so glad I went with my intuition and choose to go with Dylan...He went above and beyond and guided me and educated me on every step I needed to take. When I told my partner and family about my experience they were so relieved that I had someone to take care of me in a moment of panic and shock. I will never forget the effort and kindness I received. Truly feeling blessed. Thank you KW towing and Dylan!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So my motorcycle's battery died yesterday in heavy traffic in Kitchener yesterday and I was able to push it into a gas station. A K W Towing tow truck pulled up and offered assistance and boosted my battery...and the diver did not charge me anything! Wow, I was blown away. This driver's caring consideration put a bit of a brighter light on what what was otherwise a bad day. Thank you K W Towing:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So we are in the process of moving. And I have a project car (which is lowered) which needed to be transported from one house to the other. I had to do a few things before the appointment to tow. Joe was about 20 mins early and it was my fault for not having the car ready. How ever when he showed, he helped get the car ready vs being a supervisor. The tow was great and was able to put the car right into the garage. Even put it back on the dollies I had the car on so I could push it to one side. He was very professional and friendly. Got the job right without any issues or scraping of the bumper/exhaust like I've experienced before. Will definitely recommend and if in need of a tow will be a go to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manny was the absolute best! At 930 pm on a Wednesday night I locked my keys and 2 year old in my suv and he came within 5 minutes! He made a very stressful situation a breeze. Seriously the best ever. Highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Following Christmas dinner my sister was leaving our house when she accidentally locked her kid & dog in the car. KW towing sent someone over within 5 minutes and even called as the tow was on his way to ask if the toddler was okay (which she was happily playing on her iPad). Manny was such a nice guy. He was friendly, polite, kind and professional. Would definitely use & recommend KW towing again! Thanks again!
