★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I knew about Caliber Insurance Brokers years ago! Evelinne gave me excellent advice and referred me to her associate Gavin to set up my home, home business, and auto insurance. Gavin took care of everything. I mean everything! He followed up with me, emailed documents, walked me through the signing process over the phone...and set me up with an insurance company that saved me money. He even found that the company I dealt with for years had some wrong info on their files. I was like anyone who thought going through a brokerage would be a hassle, but Evelinne and her team are superstars. I truly appreciate the exceptional customer service and recommend you to anyone who asks for a broker. Thank you Evelinne and Gavin, you're great!

As a new Alberta resident, transferring everything over from BC seemed daunting and I was not able to get into offices during my work hours. Gavin was able to work with me via email and made it such a super quick and painless experience, honestly it was a pleasure.

I highly recommend to see Gavin and this company is great. Everytime I call, the staff are friendly and always get back to me right away with any questions I might have. I like how this is a small company and not being redirected to a call center and speaking with different people. If you want a positive experience please see Gavin. You wont regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only positive thing about this company is the owner Evelinne, who in my brief interactions with, I believe is committed to a high level of customer service. Unfortunately the 2 employees I have dealt with over the past several years do not seem to have the same commitment. In the process of getting a quote several years ago, I had one agent there tell me when I was asking about an error on the quote, that he could get a quote that was speedy or accurate, however he could not do both! Yes, he actually said exactly that!
I was then referred to a different agent at the brokerage & have just waited 3 weeks for an insurance renewal quote. Despite repeated requests for a renewal quote, I have been advised on several occasions that the insurance company is "behind" processing quotes & it may take several weeks. 3 weeks later, still no quote! I finally called a different brokerage who was able to call the exact same insurer and get a same day quote over the phone. Needless to say, I have changed brokerages & will not deal with Caliber in the future.
I see many great reviews here online for this company, so maybe I've just been very unlucky in having 2 different experiences with really awful customer service as well as a complete lack of professionalism. However I can say with certainty that I will not be giving them a 3rd opportunity to treat me poorly.
