★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I have gone to this location or called in I have had nothing but problems! There is a guy that works there with a thick accent that does not understand anything I say and gets frustrated and transfers me to another guy named Rob who is completely rude with no customer service skills what so ever. I hate dealing with these people and I hate the cooperators. I have now successfully switched to Wawanesa where they have provided me with great customer service and I am saving over $100 a month!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was originally with Co-Operators in the Sherwood Park office. Since my policy was moved to Rabbit Hill. It has gone straight downhill. Every person in that office is very impersonal. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I cancelled all of my policies after over ten years of being with them. I will never go back. I would never recommend anyone to go here.

He has his client's best interests at heart and does not push you in to coverage that the can't afford or that you don't need just to increase his income. That is a rare quality these days.
