The broker was speaking very nice during the renewal and as soon as I have asked him for the cancellation he started talking to me very rudely as if he never wanted to help me. The cancellation procedure was very tiring as well. The insurance I had with intact on chevy aveo which I sold on 17th march and I wanted to cancel the policy on 18th march. Now, broker started asking me about my new car and new insurance policy number to cancel the intact insurance. I don't understand that why would they need new policy number, why would they even need to know if I am driving or not. When I was asking all this questions to the broker, he rudely told me "DON'T TEACH ME HOW THE INSURANCE POLICY WORKS!!!!". In the end I needed to provide him my new policy number with different company regardless. Highly disappointed. I hope they take this review seriously and ask their brokers to provide proper information to clients by email rather than calling them during their work hours.

Tom listen to my problem and immediately said I can do this for you...my fear dissipated and he did EXACTLY what he said he would do...that kind of honesty and integrity is missing in other insurance companies. Well done Bethel Insurance!
