Both times we've listed with Adam, we've received an offer in under 5 days. He looks out for his clients, and only recommends homes that he thinks will suit them well. He is always prompt and values our time. Does a great job of staying connected through the years, and values repeat customers.

It was less then 24 hrs that we received a call for our first of multiple viewings. Our house sold with in two weeks of being listed at our asking price. โ โ โ โ โ Couldn't recommend Adam higher to any prospective sellers or buyers. He helped us sell our home through a complicated series of events, ultimately ending in a quick sale within close proximity to our asking price. He responds to questions quickly and thoughtfully. Didn't think twice about taking action on any of our requests. He also had a deep network of contacts to handle any prep work necessary before the listing. Under his advice, the staging and photos were unbelievable -- the second we saw the photos we knew we'd get multiple offers quickly, which we did. He gave useful thoughts on our listing price to attract interest while not leaving value on the table. He's also just an incredibly pleasant person to talk to and deal with. Thanks again :).

Homes typically donโt publicly hit the market in these areas, and most transactions happen between neighbors, family, or builders knocking on their doors.
Adam earned our business by sending us exclusive listings that had not yet publicly hit the market. He was able to negotiate and leverage a way for us to have first access to a home not yet listed, and as a result we bought our dream home!
