Searching for the right home is not always as easy as it sounds! It took us 15 months to finally find the property we were ready to call home. When you’re an extremely particular buyer like we are you want to work with a realtor who will take time to know your needs and take to you to see home after home (I would say at least 30 houses). As they say, 3 is the magic number. In our case, it was on the 3rd home we placed an offer that we got it for the price and conditions that worked for us.
