★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The drive thru time was little longer as i was the only car in the lane and no car behind me either.
Other than that the food was cold.
I asked for 2 extra ketchup and i was handed a full fist of ketchups and the window was shut in my face.
Didn't like the overall experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there on the 18th night and watched this young man spread the cheese curds on to my poutine. When I asked him how come he isn’t wearing gloves, he got defensive and said he took them off to pack the food. Manager rectified the situation and was very nice. This will be my last time purchasing here. If that can be done in customer eye view, then what is being done with our food when It’s not in our view!??!!
Highly unethical and very dirty!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the grodiest burger king's I've ever been too. Every surface seemed to be coated in some kind of substance. I was a afraid to wash my hand because the sink looked like it would make my hands more dirty after having to touch it. The service was fast and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE worst location. I have tried several times to give this location a chance because it's closer to me and am always disappointed! I have been through the drive-thru on one occasion and been told there are no burgers, I have gone at 7:30pm and have been told they are closing at 8 and could not complete my order of two whoppers .. I have been in the afternoon and have been told they don't have ice cream. I have ordered Uber Eats and it has been canceled on more than one occasion after 45 mins of waiting. If I could give this place 0 stars I would... They should be reported to the franchise

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks like the theme of this BK is poor service. I was there to get 3 meals for my wife, child and myself. The person taking orders did not want to be working there. Maybe should have been put in the kitchen instead of being the first voice customers hear. He was very rude. Barely finished ordering the first meal, and was told my total and to.move to the first window. Same thing after the second meal. There was no car behind us so I don't understand the reasoning.
If you can, avoid this BK!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn't have beef so I was okay with chicken. I got cold sandwich and cold fries. It's fast food only tastes good if it's fresh not cold. You guys weren't even busy so why can't you be more careful about food you serve to people...
In a competitive fast food market, your service should be on top to survive.
Try eating cold meal and know what u serve to others.

Ten people in the restaurant and five workers. Took 7 mins to take my order. Payment time I was informed machine was down and they were only accepting cash. Would have been nice to get told before or maybe at the door.
Then started the wait. 14 minutes to be exact I waited for my burger and fries. When I saw what looked like my burger sitting in the tray, I asked what the status was. No one answered. Finally someone scooped some like warm fries to add to my bag of Luke warm burger. Shame. I could have literally sat down by where else and been fed in that amount of time. ?fast food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service tonight. The photo you see is what I received for a large fries. I did not eat a single one, this is how I received it via delivery from Uber Eats. The bag was sealed so this is how it left the restaurant. I feel like someone is playing a trick on me. Absolutely unacceptable, and I will not be ordering from this location again. Get it together.
