Estimated arrival time kept getting pushed later, and when I called the restaurant they said they prioritize orders made directly to them and delay orders made through delivery apps. It took 2 ½ hours for 2 medium pizzas to be delivered. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the pizza was still delicious, but definitely not worth a 2 hour wait.
B	Besmira Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered pizza for our family tonight. We waited 1 hr 15 min and when we called back they told us they missed the order because their staff was in training. The pizza finally arrived after 1.5 hours. It was cold and tasted like cardboard. At this point my family was pretty much past hunger. I called for a refund and the response was our drivers are too busy and the owner will send you an etransfer sometime at the end of the evening or tomorrow. As a customer, by far, the worst treatment/experience ever. Will never be going back.

G	Gabriel Rey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered pickup through Uber 1 hour & 20 minutes before closing. We walked in when our Uber order stated the pizza was ready for pickup. The guy at from counter was rude & cancelled the order. He lied and said he didn’t get an order. What a waste of time.

Ordered in person, waited 25 min only for them to tell me "we have two new trainee and they forgot to take your order to the back". 2 starving kids, thanks and never again. This is something I expect from Pizza Pizza. Just read another review with the same "trainee" excuse. Seems to be an ongoing "issue".
R	Raghu Sontam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a take out of pizzas during pandemic. Loved every pizza!!! Lots of vegetarian and few vegan options too with awesome customizations including several alternatives to standard tomato based sauce. Friendly staff too.

Called in after there was no progress and told My pizza was out of the oven waiting to be delivered. Showed up an hour later cold, dry and flavourless. Horrible service and will not order again
