★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service from knowledgeable staff. Had a side mirror smashed while parked on a side street, and they were very quick to get it repaired and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended glass shop for your repair needs, and they also provide courtesy shuttle service. Even a lot of the local garage repair shops have this Broco location highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into the shop. Great customer service and even provided me a vehicle to get to work.
Went to pick up my vehicle and noticed on the way back to work they installed the wrong rear view mirror which is located on my windshield.
Called to get this fixed right afterwards and the team said they don’t have any idea.
I own a newer technology package Suv with power auto dimming rear view mirrors. They’ve installed just a regular mirror.
Will never recommend this place and advise my clients to stay away.
I work in the Richmond Automall as a team Leader at Applewood Auto Group. We have 7 dealerships with new and preowned vehicles.
I’ve already had 3 clients ask for a place to get their windshield replaced.
Until resolved, I will never recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and knowledgable staff. We spoke to two separate representatives who were both extremely helpful and kind. We had our windshield replaced on very little notice (Sunday phone call for Monday morning appointment) and the job was done on-time. I would absolutely recommend these fine folks to anyone.

This location drove my car over to the dealer, instructed them to not machine wash the car, and left all pertinent insurance paperwork for me to sign. They saved me a trip, and really helped me out. I will recommend this location to anyone who needs glass repair. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience, called in after Speedy Glass tried to scam me as per usual saying they can’t fix. Called Broco, said come on down. They took a look. Fixed less than 20 mins no questions asked. Save your time and come here. Great guys. Will be my go-to recommended place.
