The customer service from the team especially Harry was exceptional and I would recommend them to anyone wanting a spice of luxury in their car. β β β β β Although I ordered a set more than six weeks ago, I have ZERO tracking information for the order. None. And absolutely NO communication with the company. "Customer service"?? Literally nonexistent. I have called, left voicemails, sent emails, left massages on their chatbot function, posted to their Facebook page. A dozen wasted inquiries on a number of venues and it has been IMPOSSIBLE to pry a response or ANY information out of this company -- an experience echoed by other customers if you read through the Google reviews.
Spending this amount of money on a luxury item, I would like to have genuine confidence in the company and product. This company engenders neither and in fact actively undermines customer confidence by their abject lack of ANY communication on ANY channel. No one I know in my car club, strangers on the street, anyone I have influence with will ever buy products from this company.

β β β β β At first I was worried because it did take a little while to get them in. The tracking information didn't update until almost a day or two before they arrived at the door. They arrived clean and undamaged and exactly as they were advertised. I ordered a full set including third row for my wife's Escalade. After the order was placed they even reached out just to confirm the vehicles seating configuration. The mats seem like the leather is high quality the stitching is well done. When fit correctly into the vehicle they cover 100% of the carpet. I had an issue when installing the third row portion, after a few prompt emails from the customer service team they sent me some pictures that helped me get it in there properly. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this company and product.

β β β β β Don't waste your money. If you want leather floor mats mineaswell go with the cheaper brands. First they are made in China just like the brands half the price. The fit is garbage, the plastic clips don't hold them flush to the vehicle trim and have large gaps for stuff to drop down into. The factory floor mats clip in to a "pop socket" style clip, these don't engage them at all so there is nothing to hold them in place and slide and bunch the moment you climb in the vehicle. The company itself takes 3 weeks to reply to a simple message, which you might as well not reply back to cause then they just ghost you after.
This was for a lowly $60,000 Durango R/T I couldn't imagine putting these in a high end vehicle.
Update: 1/1/22 the sales manager reached out regarding discussing this review, asking a time we could talk. They were busy so we agreed on Monday...that was 12/18/21 roughly two weeks ago. Never got a call, text, voicemail, or email. Only confirms my above comments.

β β β β β Customer Service is Top Notch just give them a minute to catch up! They have been hit hard with the global shipping crisis. Itβs been months since my mats shipped and at first I didnβt hear much. I kept trying and the company has finally been able to gain some momentum again it seems. They were also buried under emails as well. Not only have they reached out, but they have made things right. They are very transparent and I appreciate that about them. I really like the real talk in their emails! Would 100% buy again.

I was slightly worried while shipping because it was slower than anticipated (just by 2 days- no big deal) but these mats are completely worth it. Add so much style to my car. I love that they cover everything to protect my interior! Definitely ordering the mat for my trunk next.
