★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drove into their facility unannounced and the took care of the windshield chip I had immediately. No fuss no mess and I had a hard time finding where the chip used to be. They are true professionals and I strongly recommend them. I know I will keep them as my glass go to guys and girls. 5 Star service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute trash service and unprepared technicians. Waited all weekend for a reinstallation of my rear window to have a tech show up with a tool box from Walmart thinking he was installing a rear view mirror.
He said the lady taking the calls is new.
Maybe when I got quoted $30 I should have inquired more but since I live close and all I said was I just need the window put back on professionally that it wasn't gunna cost much.
I've done mobile mechanics before and not having a tool to finish the job really irritates me as a tech. Not sure how a professional window installation company would send someone unprepared for every aspect of any job and think it's OK to send a dude with a tackle box of tools.
Then I called back and now wanting an explanation on why they sent someone unprepared for my request.
Extremely unprofessional and now cost me a day if not more with this vehicle.
I would hold off calling this company entirely until they hire someone adequate to take calls and send techs out with a sufficient amount of tools, not just the bare minimum.
This location has given novus franchise a bad name

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW experience!!! This is the second windshield I've had replaced this year...my luck...but the customer service was so awesome, on both occasions, it was not an inconvenience at all. On one of the worst snow days we've had 12/30/2021, not ONE but TWO District (Regional?) Managers were involved in providing exceptional customer service. First I was greeted in a very snowy parking lot to explain that there would be a delay because of weather (anyone in their right mind would have stayed home!). Not a problem at all! Later, I found out that a second DM picked up the Customer Service Rep at home because her car was not equipped to manage in the snow. All the employees from managers to the service guy shoveling snow to Makaela, the wonderful customer service rep, made the experience painless and worth mentioning. Did I add a Christmas card as a small token?! Not a small token at all. An added touch of 'above and beyond' in my mind. Thank you to everyone at Novus South Surrey! Your efforts were and will be appreciated very much! Cheers, Melissa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable same-day service on a broken windshield. Brand new windshield installed in 3 hours! Courtesy car provided which allowed me to stay conducting my business. Staff is super helpful and courteous and notified me right away when the truck was ready. Will always take my vehicles to Novus in South Surrey for all my autoglass needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Above and beyond customer service and friendliness. Knowledge of what is covered and how to deal with ICBC. Vacuumed the broken glass and sealed the window while we waited for the glass to arrive. Didn't have to ask for it either, just offered as part of the service. Repair was done properly and on time. Definitely recommend this shop.
