★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We installed Starline Windows when we built our new house in 2006. The guides for the locking mechanism on a couple of the windows had broken over time. When I contacted Starline 15 years after the initial installation, Greg (sp? in the service dept?) not only immediately knew what I needed based solely on my verbal description, but also advised that they had (newer/upgraded) parts for those guides and that they could supply them to me at no cost (I only needed to come and pick them up). VERY IMPRESSED. I picked them up today and had no difficulty installing them and everything is now as good as new. The windows have served us well from day one and continue to do so - would definitely purchase from Starline in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been waiting for a couple of front windows in our new home to be fixed. About 6-8 weeks ago we had a phone call from the company advising us due to Covid they wouldn't be able to fix our windows until at least December. We had a phone call last Friday telling us they would be out this week to fix our windows. It's only September:) Bonus...very polite, professional and knowledgeable men. They were masked up as well. Both my husband and I are very impressed with your company both the staff on the phone and the two men who fixed our windows. Thanks Starline Windows! Well done!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Junk patio doors. Absolutely no support. Bought a 10ft double slider patio door. Weather strip came of on one door and lock jammed days after warranty expired (1yr). Couldn't get anyone on the phone. Was willing to pay to have repaired but they said there service was too busy to help and gave me a third parties #. He fixed the lock but the weatherstripping repair didn't hold even a week. Second weather strip is now off also. Now I'm stuck with 5k door that leaks cold air all winter. The door is 2yrs old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order windows for my whole house and 4 windows were wrong size . The salesman didn't take blame for his mistake and I still ended up paying double for the reorder of right size windows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. Rude and overpriced. I would not let this company near my projects with a 10ft pole. There are way better companies in the city, take this as a warning DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a bit more than two years, there is faults with our windows. Slider seal broken. No replacement or warranty and won’t even come take a look. Ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No response at all. Windows in new buildings were from Starline Windows. Defect occurred where the window does not close completely. When owner and developer tried to reached out to Starline's contact (representative's name is Edel), there was no response for a week after multiple email and call attempts. Voicemails were left with no follow up. Do not recommend. Will reach out to Better Business Bureau (BBB) and report this given defect wad discovered within 1 year of installation.
*****Update*****
After developer got in touch with an area supervisor, I got a call back and contractors came to fix the problem. Contractors that fixed the problem were efficient and got the job done. Upgraded to 3 stars for their efforts.
I am not sure if the same outcome would occur if the area supervisor were not involved as I had no means to contact the area supervisor. So as an individual buyer, this is something to keep in mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After about 4-5 years the window trim started to warp and shrink. As these windows were out of warranty Starline didn't offer any assistance on how to fix it even though I expected to pay. Guess you get what you pay for. I would be careful if you are looking at this company to ensure the windows will last.
