★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted this company SAMSON METAL 30 days ago to ask for a quote on metal roofing. The sales rep was very rude and abrupt. I was told to go to the website and figure it out which I did. I sent the salesman emails with the details of my purchase from the website asking him to confirm and place my order. I did not hear back so I called and left at least 6 messages and 4-5 emails over the next 2+ weeks. Still No reply. I left more messages and emailed every 2 days after this trying to be patient and respectful. Finally I rec'd a nasty reply. I am busy! I kindly acknowledged that they were busy and asked when I could expect the materials. I was told I don't know when?? another week passed and I called back again to inform the sales man that I have a company arranged for the install in 2 weeks. I was told a few more days. Another week passes and the install company is calling to confirm installation dates.
I call again and told quote: "I am too busy to deal with you, we are not going to sell you any materials, we need to look after our bread and butter customers and your not one of them".... Excuse me! I said, why did you lead me on for a month then tell me to go way I don't need your business?
Then the salesman hung up on me. Absolutely the worst service experience I have ever witnessed in 35 years of being in business. This company employs rude and ignorant sales staff who will screw you. over without a care. I had to cancel the installation of my project. I guess my $2500.00 order wasn't enough money to bother with. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS company they treat you like garbage.
