Warehouse is a total mess Lead-man doesn't know anything other than walk around and stare on his computer or use his phone. Talk highly like he knows everything but cant do anything. Worst place to work specially for students or someone just getting experience at workhouse job.

They said they were aware others had bubbling issues from the metal (on the side of table which is rarely cleaned) and blamed cleaning products. If the cleaning product was the problem, the top would bubble as well. They told me they can’t do anything about and won’t stand behind their products. DO NOT BUY THESE products. Their products cost the same as Restoration Hardware that has a LIFETIME WARRANTY.

Amazing customer service not often do the items come damage but if there is any during shipping they have always been very good with handling it. Highly recommend their product! It’s a one stop shop furniture, home decor, artwork they have everything you need!

Their furniture is great quality and up to date with the latest trends in the industry. They have a huge selection of accessories and art to choose from. The product ships quickly and safely. I would highly recommend sourcing their brand at your local home decor/furniture stores and larger retailers.
E	EMILY LUSTY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give no stars I would. We purchased this light for nearly $1000.00 and was hoping it would be a great statement piece for our new home build. The light is poorly designed and it looks like it was stained on a Friday. How can this even be acceptable to sell this way? Poor standards for a design company! We can't return the light because the box has been thrown out so now we have an eye sore thats poorly stained that everyone can see! Shame on you Mercana!!!

I purchased the kitchen island, or THOUGHT I purchased the kitchen island and Mercana did the good ole' fashion switch and bate. The original price was $3,180, reduced to $684.72 order# 1727-4918-8289-0219. I guess someone "realized" this item was priced to low, I just received a text and email that my order was cancelled and my $684.72 will be refunded back to my account. I called Houzz customer service, which was useless, they could not do anything about a JANKY company by the name of Mercana! Mercana would not even honor the price which I have screenshots. Mercana told Houzz they had limited quantities, hence the reason for cancelling. I will be reaching out to Better Business Bureau. I'm beyond irate about this transaction. I will NEVER order from Mercana NOR Houzz again! BAD BAD BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!

But then the lights were too big due to an incorrect product dimensions on the Mercana website. Mercana would not alloow us to return them. We are out a lot of money and stuck with 3 pendant lights. Will never purchase Mercana again.
