β β β β β I had a great experience renting from Bristol, I had no issues while renting a truck for 2 months. Reliable vehicles and excellent customer service. Employees I dealt with were very understanding, reasonable and helpful towards protecting me with the proper coverages I needed while still giving me the best rates possible. Excellent communication and on my invoice there were no hidden or unexplained fees. There was nothing negative about my overall experience and I would definitely rent from this location again.

β β β β β Pathetic service and rude staff. I had a word with the front desk employee. He was extremely rude. I told him that you have deducted $300
instead of $150 from my account and I have proof of that i.e., my bank statement which I forwarded to classic honda manager. He said we did not hold $300 and we have a receipt and told me to talk with my bank. Then, he said we have deducted $25 for gas that you used and did not refill the tank. The rental guy did not tell me that I have to refill the tank even though I asked him thrice. He told me we will deal with classic honda and you donβt have to worry about anything. Even I took $5.99 insurance for vehicle protection. On my receipt, there were no charges mentioned except $5.99 per day. The staff who had a word with me said who will fill the tank in a really rude and pathetic way. I sent experienced staff he must have told you about that and we have your signature which is again a assumption from his side. I want to ask the owner that Is this the way to talk with your customer? This is what you provide your customer? I would have filled the tank if it was told by your staff beforehand. He said we deducted $53 from $150 because you did not refill tank and it was half tank. I had the worst experience with them and I would not recommend anyone to use their services. I would urge you to appoint polite staff and teach them how to have transparency in the conversation they have with the customers while filling the form.

Unlike the othere rental companies, we reached out to, we were able to contacted them by phone. We were not hung up on, put on hold, and if wmessage , they promptly returned our call
