Allure Limo

We hired Allure for two limos on our wedding day and we were very happy with the service provided! They were organized, flexible, and delivered exactly what we needed for the big day! Thank you to Aman and the team for a great experience!

Had a terrible experience with them. On my wedding day I did not appreciate the driver threatening to leave since he had another wedding. In the middle of the photoshoot, I was informed by my family that he is leaving. At that point of time, I had to send my bridesmaids quickly and I was unable to go into the car with them. As a result, I had to arrange another ride for myself. I am not impressed with the service that was provided during my wedding. I was not able to capture me leaving the house with my family and friends because I had to send them off due to the driver leaving with my bridesmaids beforehand. I do not recommend this company to any one. Threatening to leave without the bride and her family was highly unprofessional.

I did my wedding booking through Lav. We rented a limo, Bentley, Rolls Royce and a party bus. Vehicles all looked immaculate. The customer services given by the drivers was unmatched. They definitely exceeded all my expectations! The party bus driver Paul made sure that everyone was having a good time! Will definitely be using Allure again in the future!

Amazing first experience with a stretch hummer limousine for me and my 18 guests from start to finish. Lav was an exceptional driver who went above and beyond what I expected, would definitely recommend their services for anyone who needs limo services and I will definitely be using them again for any upcoming events in the future.

My family and I were navigating a holiday in Niagra Falls and Canada's Wonderland. We accessed this service with driver Lav. The service was great! Lav was polite and very considerate navigating all of us and our luggage. It made traveling around the Toronto area a breeze. Lav was our driver on the three times we accessed this service during our stay. Highly recommended and reasonably priced for a limo accommodating 10 people!

WARNING to any bride and groom DO NOT book with this company. I am not one to usually write a review even when service is not great. However, I do not want another bride or groom having to deal with what me and my husband had to on our wedding day. Firstly, the driver picking up my husband was not going to drive him to the church asking for payment when I had already emailed the owner and mentioned the bride (myself) will be giving the total amount to the driver I was with in which the owner confirmed was okay. I have emails to back this up. Secondly, both limos booked were not maintained - one has a broken window on the back and the second had a broken light and was rusted and dirty - my bridesmaids noticed this and were trying to prevent my wedding dress from getting dirty on their vehicle. Thirdly, we had arranged for two limos to pick up family and the wedding party - only one came and the second was no where to be found. After 45 mins after the time I arranged for them to pick us up to go back to the venue both our limo driver and the company went straight to voicemail. I kept on calling and finally someone picked up they stated our limo was there in which it was not - he said he would call me back and let me know what happened. He never called back so I called him again and after the third call he finally told me the limo broke down that dropped us off but it was perfectly fine when we were in it prior to going to the church. He stated a back up vehicle was there for us. This vehicle only fit 5 people and we needed a limo to fit 15 people - HUGE DIFFERENCE. He proceeded to want to argue with me and I told him not on my wedding day - I had to get friends attending to drive my wedding party back. The company still hasn’t reached out to me to apologize or even to give me money back since they did not deliver on what I was charged for. PLEASE future brides and grooms do not book with this company!

I had an amazing experience booking a limo for my birthday celebration with allure. Our driver, Paul, was exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure we were all comfortable. I will recommend the company to friends and family and will be using their services again for future events. Great job guys!!!!

Me and my family had a wonderful time using this service. It was for my grandmothers funeral service. We used the vehicle to transport us to the funeral home, burial ground then reception. Our driver Paul was exceptional, professional, helpful and very kind. He made the day better. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Thank you Allure and Paul.
