Never ever go over here. Specially the lady on the front desk is unprofessional. She called me separately to give her good feedback so that she gets promoted but she charged me for a day extra. Now I am trying to get my refund for the past 2 months but there is not response from her. There are much better rental companies than this one. They are looting the people and giving false promises to the customers.

Priyanka helped me with a visit on August 25 2021. She was extremely kind and friendly. The Manager and associates were wonderful when there was a small issue. I am happy to say I am looking to book again and seeking out this location once again to help me with my rental needs!

Avoid !!! Avoid !!! Avoid !!! They advertise hygienic cleaning and claim their cars are thoroughly cleaned in-between users. In my first and only ever experience, they falsely advertise their smoke-free fleet. I rented a Yukon XL yesterday 24th May, 2021 where I had to wait 25 minutes extra for the car to get cleaned from my actual allocated time. I had booked Yukon XL car at 9 am in the morning for 11 am pick up. Later I drove home to drive off with the family, there was a whiff of cigarette smell stinking up the car which my kids smelled. We were already late to our destination because of their 25 minutes delay and Airport Hertz place being completely out of the way . I was not able to swap the smelly car. I had to leave the car windows open for ventilation to lessen the smell of cigarettes. I returned it today, made a complaint about the strong smell of cigarette smoke but was only offered $50 compensation off my bill. This was only 25% of my total cost to rent. I had my children and grand child traveling in this stinky car for past many hours !! Very appalled at their level of car provision. Not fit for purpose at all ! Product and service should be as promised. Firstly they asked me to wait for 25 minutes after admin. of renting contract was complete, as the car was not ready at my allocated time. Secondly the car provided was probably rushed through for cleaning and sanitizing. My concern is if the car had been properly cleaned and sanitized as per Hertz new Gold standard policy, then why is there staunch smell of cigarette from previous car user. This raises many alarm bells and requires investigation into their Covid-19 pandemic cleaning and sanitizing policy. Are they adhering to it in the first place ? I spoke to the manager for a full refund but he only agreed to knock off 50% the bill. I specifically said they advertised smoke-free fleet but this was not the case as our whole experience of 1st ever rental from them was a complete flop. Please avoid Hertz Car rental @ Toronto Pearson Airport at all costs. False advertisement of smoke-free fleet. And other doubts are created to ask the question, are they following Covid-19 Pandemic cleaning and sanitizing protocols in the first place !!!!! After speaking to their manager, I will flag this up with not only customer complaint dept., but also my credit card company for reverse charge for rest of my bill as service has not been provided as advertised. Also I will be complaining to Better Business Bureau regarding their false advertisement of smoke-free fleet and asking the local Health Officials to look into their 'Gold Standards cleaning policy of sanitizing. All their other main branches are closed due to Ontario legislation, hence they think they can get away with cutting corners. Their manager ensured me they would check with their QA to see if this car was fit for purpose ??!!!

Excellent experience at the store for an emergency rental! From a warm voice answering the phone, to friendly faces welcoming me. It was a reprieve from the morning I had with the blizzard blaring outside. Albert walked me thru the contract, while Yash got the excess snow off. I was off in minutes. Great to see a business revive the art of customer service.

Albert is an asset to this location. He is professional and his customer service skills are exemplary. Yash is also very helpful. I would recommend this location and these guys to anyone wanting to rent a car - great experiences are guaranteed.

Used this location for last car rental and the service was flawless. Staff (Priyanka and Yash) went above and beyond to help and accommodate things. Thank you guys. Only thing they that has room for improvement is car cleanliness from inside. Car was not clean up the Hertz standard. And the feedback was given to them.
