Finally, I gave up and informed insurance. Insurance told me that as I went directly to them, they can’t do anything. Lesson learned always go with pre- qualified insurance rentals.

Staff was very understanding and helpful with my situation, and gave me the best option of vehicle that I can rent. Staff was very friendly and straight-to-the-point when being attended to. The only give you the best!

They rent me the car for 4 days while the tow truck driver trick me to get rental without even consulting me and when i return the rental car, and said i am not going to claim the insurance and agreed to pay for the rental, they charge me with an extra 450 dollars saying cancellation fees. Very rude and unprofessional staff and i ended up paying 650 dollars for renting a car for 4 days. 100% avoid this or you will be victim of insurance scam

Charged me an early return fee when it came to light that insurance does not actually work with them and so the car was returned. Did not provide any details of charges. Refused to answer phone or return a phone call delaying return of the vehicle by another day. Refused to adjust anything. In short, they misrepresent and then charge as much as they can. Terrible experience.

No one should rent from here. Do not rent from this company. After getting a rental from them and having an accident in the rental they went ahead and charged my credit card $1600.00 for no reason, no notice no call, nothing. I will be disputing this and taking full legal action including exercising my right to provide feedback and reviews to protect consumers. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Absolutely disgusting of a company.

While my car was in the shop I had called at least 4 other car rental shops and none of them had a car available. A friend recommended Elegant and they were able to drop off a Porsche Macan within an hour of me calling to my house since I didn’t have a car to drive with. Great customer service and willing to go the extra mile for their customer.
