I was in jeopardy of defaulting on my closing due to various behind the scenes issues with my broker and the lender. After receiving mortgage instructions the day prior to closing, Dilvir went out of his way to meet with me to get the necessary documents signed at 10pm that same night and even went as far as making up for the broker’s short-comings the day of closing. Due to Aviron’s efforts, they were able to receive the funds from the lender at 4:54pm, minute before the banks closed. Dilvir then personally rushed to the bank to have the funds sent to the builder to ensure I closed on time. Absolutely exceptional service and you will be in great hands if you choose Aviron Law!

So far both the transactions its quite been a journey with aviron where they were proactive in each and every step in order to close the transaction smoothly. Proper followups, instructions, guidance and requirements were very well communicated and the process was followed in timely manner. There were some interruption while closing the transaction from other parties but that was handled very professionally by aviron. When I want to purchase my investment mortgage my wife's friend suggested Aviron Law firm to her and I accepted. From day one up till the time of closing of the deal they have been prompt, professional and always give attention to details. Permit me to say that I have never enjoyed a legal service like this. Harneet is a wonderful Lady, she can send you an email at 12midnight and call in the morning to follow up. On the closing date Dilvir personally called and went through the Lender's Lawyers agreement with myself and my wife. He spotted few fine prints and went back to the Lender's Lawyer to reduce the charges and we have over $1000 discount on that same closing date. I highly recommend Aviron Law firm to everyone.
