β β β β β The staff at this clinic are efficient and compassionate from drop off to pick up. I was contacted prior to additional treatment being given to my cat. Directions for « at homeΒ Β» treatment were clear and Concise as well as being offered additional help over the phone if it is required. Keep up the great work Bridgwater Team and thank you Dr Choptain!

β β β β β Came here because It was the only 24hr vet. Bridgewater knows there is no where else to go during emergencies and they WILL take advantage of that. Strictly a money grab animal hospital. Do not go here unless you absolutely have to! I waited 3 hours in the parking lot before they took us in. They also had all the wrong info when I did finally speak to someone. Very unprofessional. I felt rushed out of the door after my 7 month old puppy had to have x-rays. I was handed pills and a debit machine. I wasnβt even briefed about what they saw/found or what the pills were for even. I literally had to ask. I donβt know how any of those young girls can even work there knowing they are sending sick dogs home. Read these reviews!!! They are every pet owners worst nightmares! All in all, these people do not care about you or your dog. To the owners and employees that read these reviews , just know you are bottom of the barrel in the doggy community. Do better.

β β β β β My cat hurt herself by falling off my half wall and no other vet not even my own vet would help me I thought my cat broke her back and I would lose her forever. But got told about Bridgwater emergency vet and they took her in right away and they told me that my cat would be okay. All she had was some fractured ribs and a pinch nerve and she needs rest for 6 weeks and gave me meds for her. Thank you so much for all the hard work you did to make my cat better. Now she is happy and back to herself.

β β β β β Took our oldest girl to Bridgwater. She had been sick, not eating, not herself. They had the patience to deal with her and fixed her up like new. Cost per fees were pretty on par but they called to check up on her to make sure she was doing better and were even thanking me for picking up. For the positive bedside manner and good care of my fur baby they got 5 stars.

β β β β β Bridgwater Veterinary Hospital is amazing. We took my senior dog here for an emergency, and they were able to take her in right away. It took about an hour for them to get us an accurate diagnosis.
Staff were so friendly and understanding. They wheeled her in on a stretcher and even carried her out to our vehicle when it was time to go home. Our dog is back to normal after they gave us some medication. I can't thank the doctor and the rest of the staff at Bridgwater.

β β β β β I became very concerned about my dogs behaviour & well-being, I live out of town and had no choice but to find an ER vet for my boy. Their service was so well worth the drive! The staff were absolutely wonderful. They didn't just take him in and start guessing/checking what could be wrong, they got to know his history & wanted to know all of my concerns before doing the exam which I really appreciated. I definitely recommend this veterinary hospital, especially for emergencies.

β β β β β What a wonderfully compassionate staff. We came in with our guniea pig who passed away on the way to their office. The staff were so kind and gentle. They didn't try to gouge us, let us take as much time as we needed and gave my daughter a complimentary paw print. Thank you for making this difficult time for us so much easier.
