★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What I have been looking for all over Winnipeg (since moving here from BC a few years ago before the pandemic)! Not just bubble tea with WONDERFUL tea bases, but savory and sweet BAKED GOODS TOO! There are TOO MANY bubble tea places with no FOOD it's odd. For bubble tea we had the mixiang flavored milk tea hot and signature fruit iced tea at 30% sweetness. Next time I will have without sweetness as the flavor of the teas do not need it. Not that it is sweet on it's own, but only 1 other bubble tea place in the city has tea base so good that sugar is not needed. Will be coming back for more as their menu is more unique than all the bubble tea places in Winnipeg I've gone to. You will have to go to find out. For food we had the chicken cheese bun and green onion pork floss baked goods. Delicious! Not too salty and with a soft milk bun like texture. Chicken cheese filling was delicious and proportional. The pork floss melts in the mouth like an iron rich savory meaty cotton candy. For dessert I had a cake slice that tasted like those rabbit candy sweets (a soft asian milk pastel candy) and a matcha red bean chiffon roll cake (now my staple). Both desserts are not too sweet and flavors subtle to enjoy. (Wish I had gotten the black forest cake too) It is not like western desserts that tend to be loaded with sugar and strong flavoring that it hurts the teeth and tummy. This is gentle and beautiful meant for you to relax and enjoy just like the shop itself. Thank you Winnie Sweets!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended, I love everything about this place from the server to the drinks and pastry. Bubble tea is very nice and unique, good variety of flavors and options. The interior was even nicer with mixed antique and future theme. If I could I would order everyday, this cmt is not even sponsored, just sincerely think this place deserves the attention and love. The owner is very generous. They ran out of toppings for our orders and he kept giving free stuffs on my next ones. Will keep coming here

Both mochi (Orea & bubble milk tea) taste nothing like it supposed to be...the cream and the flavour are exactly the same which is really scary if you call this a dessert to serve. Plus the pearls are super hard?
