An Edmonton boys' dream turned reality. Roger Newton purchased an old pool hall in the west end of Edmonton, with a clear vision of what was missing from the city of champions. There were Irish Bars, English Pubs, and even Belgian Cafes, but there was nothing that truly honoured the rich heritage of Canada. Combine that with his love of Sports, Roger opened the first ever Canadiana Sports Bar in West Edmonton, The Canadian Brewhouse. This location has since closed, but it was the start of a service industry giant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great take in the Canadian Sports bar. The menu was huge, the server was great, and the food was delicious. The only slight would be that there was only one server working for the whole restaurant. Not their fault, just a common thing at any place right now. We still got our food quickly and it was still hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great patio and good service, but my food was very disappointing. For a $21 burger and fries I expected a homemade patty and some fries that were actually a whole potato at some point in the last 24 hours, but I got a frozen machine-made patty and what looked to be McCain Superfries. The other entrees at our table weren't particularly impressive either, other than a slightly above average quesadilla. Good place to have some beers and watch the game, but probably wouldn't go there for dinner again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was ok. Out of 3 of us mine only one was really good. Wife's stir fry mixture of too many spices not sure which over powered which. My son order Mac n cheese but had more of haligpigno sauce than cheese
Price point was fair!
1/3 meals at 65$ total . I would give them another chance. Not busy , will see next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I went last night for valentines, thankfully we had a reservation (it was busy). The food was really good, we waited a little longer than usual but it was really busy. Our server Elsa was unreal, cannot say enough good things about her or the Brewhouse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont often leave negative reviews but the food here is super bland. We got the Chicken Tenders and the Ice house Burger and neither of us enjoyed our meal. The fries were cold and had no seasoning on them. The burger managed to have basically not flavor despite having tonne of toppings on it and the burger patty was frozen and unseasoned. Our drinks were good but for the price they are charging, I was very disappointed in the quality of the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at brewhouse last evening with my friends and I have to say that the entire experience was just AMAZING. Great customer service and on top of it We LOVED how Brewhouse matched our energy and On their disco lights for us to dance a little there and enjoy our evening. From drinks to food to customer service it was just Top notch.
Thank you for keeping up the great work Team Brewhouse :)

However some food was questionable.
Beef brisket sandwich was over toasted, hard as croutons. The brisket was crumbled roast beef. Not sliced and the taste was not there. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
Also the food was not hot looked like it sat for a bit before being brought to the table.
Other dishes were good.
