★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good experience in the lounge. Friendly serving staff. Chicken tenders were good with the wing sauces on them. Clean environment, with a good amount of tv's scattered to catch the game on. I prefer this to brewhouse mainly based on atmosphere itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in for lunch the other day and cannot wait to come back! Everything was absolutely exquisite; from the atmosphere, to the food and drinks, along with the wonderful service from Savanah! She was incredibly sweet and welcoming and made sure we were always feeling more than satisfied. Definitely looking forward to eating here again! 10/10 would recommend eating at this Smitty’s. If you find yourself here, I would suggest trying the deep fried cheesecake it’s delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got ripped off. Asked for A bud bottle, came back with a bud glass same price. Told gravy was a side(Not extra$) when it was, and we still had to pay for it. Waitress even went to sit down at a table in the lounge after we told her we're ready to pay in cash, we ended up asking another waiter we're ready to pay so she left to grab put waiter. After all that she didn't give our change back, so we just left. Great food though!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was amazing (wing night!), but the waitress was absolutely miserable. I understand that anyone can have a bad night, but we had to ask her if there were any specials, a different (and pleasant server) brought out the food, our server returned about 15 minutes later and we had to request napkins, cutlery, and refills for water. She disappeared again for quite a while before returning with the refill. She always seemed annoyed when we ask that she do the basic parts of her job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you wonder what fast and efficient customer service and food service is then you should go here..The food was absolutely amazing and seasoned so good. A Long Island Iced tea can go wrong when the ingredients are not measured properly but every drink I ordered was just great..Good Job!!
