β β β β β Terrible experience. Order taker at front counter didn't comprehend dine in...took us forever to get scanned and then our order was packaged to go with no napkins. The coffees that were ordered weren't made correctly and the bald headed manager thought it was funny when we complained...just thoroughly awful!!!

β β β β β Despite ordering inside, adding extra bacon to the bacon and egg mcmuffin was too difficult for the young lady. She even confirmed she understood the order. Do I have to enter it into the computer for her to get it done? I am wondering if McD has self entry for language more so than speed...

β β β β β Terrible customer sevice. I made a mobile order at 3:00 p.m. on Feburay 2nd, 2022. I parked in front of the mechine and somebody confirmed my order code. However, they gave me a wrong bag and nobody started to make my order when I drive to the last window. A 40 years-old lady looks like their manager stand there confirmed 3 times the order number and what I ordered. Then She started to yelling at me and my wife said we should park at the mechine and confirm on the mobile phone what we have done. Then she asked us to park in front and we came inside the store they still not start to make my food. I was super angry this time and my wife was late for her job. That was the worst experience and customer service I've had. I make orders everyday at Kenaston and I think they have to do some change for their customer service. I also will send this to their head office to complain.

β β β β β Very bad service. Bad attitude from worker in the drive thru. I Did the order and they didn't tell me the total amount so I reached the window and gave $20 the worker yelled at me saying it's $21 so I gave $10 when they handle me the changes he dropped all my money in the street. I had to pick up the money. He didn't even apologize he was just staring at me. I didn't say a word, all I did was pick up my money took the food and drove away. Very very bad service.

β β β β β McDonald's is usually a great place, but this location constantly gets orders wrong and makes you wait, Today I ordered on the app for curbside pick up, and after 15 mins of waiting and no sign of my food coming, I went into the store only to have to wait at least another five mins only for them to be like ohhh and gave me my food and still got my order wrong, If there were another location that was just as close or even a bit further I would go out of my way to buy there to avoid this location.

β β β β β I had a very happy shopping. I often buy happy meal for my son. In today's shopping, my son is allergic to chocolate milk. The female manager helped me add a normal milk to my son for free. She is very patient and enthusiastic. She is very good and I like here very much.
