I went to this location to pick up 2 take 12 during lunchtime. It was busy and I already expected that. I also knew I was going to wait. When the wait took more than 10 minutes, I was told by the staff that "I should have called ahead of time". I have never heard of this rule or policy and if I knew, I would have done so. I didn't really appreciate that the blame was put on me when it was not even advertised. Instead, it was presented to me as though it was common knowledge. The staff also told me that I can leave if I don't want to wait and I responded by saying that I paid for both already ($42$). The supervisor confirmed that there is no such policy nor information about this on their website or anywhere in the store. I was quite appalled to be honest. I have gone to this location before with no issues. I have no problem following rules and instructions but I don't know what I don't know. A good metaphor is like asking a dog to play dead when you have not even trained it.

Disappointed from sevices,firstly Employee was in rush take my order and then the coffee they gave me completely tasteless, it taste just only ice in water, no coffee , no cream and sugar. Will never visit this location again.

Poor customer service. The guy he doesn’t understand what I was saying he kept asking over again without reason and he was literally giving such a negative vibes. Also I ordered crispy chicken wrap and I could clearly see that he gave someone but to me he said they don’t have. Sorry to say but so negative vibes via customer service representatives.

This is a horrible location, I have never had a good experience, but today was the worst. My husband ordered a sandwich and an americano, they asked him to wait in the parking lot (from the drive through) as they can never get food finished in time. Came out 15 minutes later and said the americano machine wasn’t working and just gave him a coffee instead. And called him cheap for letting them now that an americano costs more than a coffee and they should be refunding him. And the girl was horribly rude! We have never had a good experience here! I had the drive through give me my order and shut the window in my face before I paid. I waved her down she opened the window and asked me what my problem was…. I had to tell her I just wanted to pay for my order. AWFUL! I don’t know why we keep coming. The staff needs much more training.

People dont know what they're doing. Order on mobile and wait at the counter labeled mobile pickup. How many times now waited over 5 minutes just to have to tell them i have a mobile order. Then they have to check their computer to confirm. Act confused. apologies then they start making your order. Clearly need more training for a simple job

This place shows open 24-7 to DINING. DROVE ALL THE WAY to do work, but they are closing at 1:30AM for dining!! Inaccurate posting and waste of time and, gas! Not to mention, certain employees seem play their own music during the night. Otherwise, certain employees have been nice, trying to be helpful. Food was fine. This experience was a disappointment and give the impression of being unreliable when you are relying to get work done.

Bruh whenever I go through the drive through, after every single item they ask me if that’s everything- Not to mention; they’re so hyped up to end the order with that mindset that twice they have ended my order when I’m not done all because they’re expecting it to be over after every item. Another reviewer mentioned a call ahead way of ordering to skip past a super long wait- it’s all a lie because whenever my girlfriend calls ahead/orders online they only start making the order AFTER she gets there and she ended up waiting 10+ minutes inside the establishment anyways.
