★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are awesome! If you live in Brandon they pick you up or leave you at your home. If you are in Winnipeg they pick you up drop off at the airport. A very convenient way to travel between cities. They are always on time. The vehicle is clean and driver is really good and courteous. I just love this service!!!

If you book and your trip is canceled for external reasons, they do not have a refund system. I tried to go to their offices, but they gave me the address of a house and the man who received me was too rude and yelled at me. "This is how things are done in Canada, get over it !!! We are not going to give you a refund." I never imagined such bad service ... Better rent a car

Brandon needs a competing shuttle service asap. Maybe then they'll be more respectful of their customers. Will never use them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used the shuttle several times but never reviewed the service. Usually quite cramped but a service that fills the need for sure. This time I had to cancel due to an emergency change of airport departure. I had booked two weeks in advance and called two days later to cancel but nope, not getting any money back. I can understand a 48 or 72 hour cancelation policy or a cancellation fee but I feel that was very unfair as they could have easily resold the seat and probably did!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s absolutely unacceptable that a company would opt to completely restrict an essential worker from utilizing a service which they have frequently supported in the past. Quoting guidelines that aren’t applicable to their industry to justify their blatant discrimination. The Provincial Health Order does not restrict travel on buses. But that’s their go to excuse, when clarification is sought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The van is VERY small for how many passengers they carry. Perhaps I was on a busy day. That is not why the one star though.
The driver is terrible. Downright dangerous. He messes with the radio a lot and swerves while he does it. He stares at things off the side and starts to wander off the road. He races up to bumpers and then slams on the brakes. I heard the edge of road rumble strips almost the whole way to Winnipeg. Very uncomfortable but unfortunately, I think it’s the only option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to commend you and particularly the driver who delivered my mother to the airport on Saturday morning. She is almost 94 and was so pleased with her interaction with him and the whole drive. He was concerned when I wasn't there to meet them (I was on the arrivals level) and I wanted to assure you that we were there and connected within minutes of her drop off. Thanks for taking such good care of her
