★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Several neighbours in my complex have complained about the management of our neighbourhood. Additionally, the way they have operate as a business is very unprofessional. Upon my dealings with them over the phone, I have been quite offended by their behaviour and tone.
They are, overall, disgustingly immature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a council member I delt with Bradshaw management directly and was completely discusted with the unprofessionalism, lack of service and utterly rude behaviour by Mavis. She refused to answer any calls, would rarely respond to emails and issues were never delt with. We had more done within one month of our new company taking over then Bradshaw did in years. I would not reccomend anyone use this strata management company.

We've worked with Sheryl at this company and she is clueless and acts like she owns our property and always tries to make decisions for the council members. She has broken strata laws at our complex and I find her to be a very rude individual. Definitely a mistake to go with this company.

They will nickel and dime you for everything. Our property has been in disrepair since they took over management.
Its because of them we are selling.
