★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encouraging, supportive and knowledge-filled instructor who recognized my physical capabilities, as well as restrictions due to previous injuries. The atmosphere was inviting and relaxing. The workout was challenging and rejuvinating in mind, body and spirit! Totally renewed my perspective on pilates after just 1 private session! Investing in your own personal health is vital for quality of life. Love this facility and instructor, will definitely be back!
