★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dont choose this management... I have no idea what they are doing. they never take care of any problems. they always say just same thing over and over again. i don't know why our complex select this management. I'm assuming there is some behind deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They weren't helpful with information about my property, they were to busy or said they didn't have that information which they should as a property management company. I think from what I've seen of them and other companies like them that they are just there because Strata councils are lead to believe they are essential when in fact they are just money sucking entities and councils could do the exact same thing especially in this digital age we live in. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
