★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend going with this strata company. No one ever answers their phone. In the last 4 years, I've tried calling my strata manager about 80 times and she has only answered twice! Not helpful and barely does her job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is ABSOLUTELY USELESS. My building in Surrey "Charleton Park" has been implemented a no smoking policy and these "property managers" won't enforce the by-law. Basically told me to figure it out myself and break privacy laws to prove it. I have a 3 month old at home and can't even enjoy my patio space due to one of my neighbours constantly smoking on the patio. There are way more complaints, I'm sure, but the residents are too complacent and would prefer to keep this lazy company to manage our grounds. The manager for this property "Ross Belyea" doesn't even know strata regulations and goes on giving false information to residents - I have a copy of an e-mail with the false information he tried to provide me, which I corrected and never heard of him after that. This company simply DOES NOT CARE. DO NOT USE, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main thing you look for in a management company is effective communication and that is where Campbell Strata Management falls short. Slow to respond to messages or just ignores them completely. Doesn't answer their phones. Unprofessional refuses to call you to discuss matters. Offices are closed due to covid for safety which is reasonable but at that point you need to communicate properly. All issues could be resolved with a simple phone call. A management company is there to deal with conflict and Campbell Strata Management seems to run from any discomfort or just ignores it. Save your Councils money and look elsewhere for representation. Will update this review based on future interactions but as of now very displeased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away! Our strata paid this company thousands of dollars and they didn't deliver. They changed managers several times. They didn't correspond well at all. Our owners did their work. Terrible company!

Think twice before using this company, they are completely useless!!!
