★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, I appreciate that the doctors offer the service in our town. Secondly, front line healthcare is stressful and I realize that. However, when a patient comes in with an infection requiring antibiotics, take the time to listen to what they have to say. I had one doctor tell me my problem was viral without listening at all. The other shushed me when I tried to speak so he could tell me all about the dangers of antibiotics. Please doctors, do not dismiss your patient’s knowledge of their own bodies and symptoms. You are not infallible. Once again, thank you for your service to our community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was bleeding between periods and the doctor told me I was pregnant and I took the test. I wasn't (I knew I wasn't), and he said that I would be in another week or so. Something about hormones? It was left at that. I even said I wasn't satisfied with the diagnosis (if that was a diagnosis?) It's been 3 months.
I went to a different doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst walk-in clinic. The woman at the front desk ignored me for 10 minutes chit chatting with some guy I ask to see a doctor and I was turned away because they were closing in 30 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If zero stars were an option that is what I would give. Dr Bawa. I am currently in the process of putting forward a formal complaint with the College of Physicians and Surgeons after I was refused health care treatment because I tested positive for COVID over two weeks ago.
Due to me recently testing positive (and currently having several negative rapid test) Dr. Bawa refused me entry into the clinic, only spoke to me in a door way of the clinic and openly announced to other patients in the waiting room and coming in that I had COVID. He finished up his conversation asking me ‘have you even been vaccinated ? ‘ (which I am fully vaccinated).
I have never been treated so poorly in my life and have never experienced a doctor who sends patients away without even giving them a proper examination.
I suggest waiting in the hospital before waisting your time being bullied here.
